At Starters & Alternators UK, we are committed to providing fast, reliable delivery, exceptional quality, and complete customer satisfaction with every order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch: All orders for starter motors & alternators placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day.
UK Mainland Warehouse: Every item is stored in and shipped directly from a primary UK Mainland warehouse. Shifting directly from within mainland UK allows us to maintain strict quality control, avoid international import delays, and deliver swift turnarounds.
Delivery is free of charge to most UK Mainland areas.

Delivery Scope & Speeds

Estimated Delivery Time: Parcels sent via our courier service reach most UK Mainland addresses within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to UK Mainland addresses. We do not ship internationally or to off-shore/island destinations (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands).

Business Hours & Delivery Notes

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend/Bank Holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday).
Once your item is dispatched, you will receive courier tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's progress directly to your doorstep.
